We started Estates Liquor in November 2025 for one reason: the bottles worth chasing had become almost impossible to buy at a fair price.
Allocated bourbon arrives in small quantities and disappears fast. Somewhere between the distillery and the shelf, that scarcity turned into a game — lotteries, waitlists, bundles you did not want attached to the one bottle you did, and secondary-market pricing dressed up as retail.
We are not a discount outlet, and we do not chase every commodity brand. Bourbon is our core focus, alongside rare tequila, wine, and premium spirits worth the shelf space. When an allocated bottle lands, we list it at fair retail that day. No lottery. No waitlist to buy in.
Not A Drop-Shipper
There is an actual store behind this website.
We operate a physical storefront in Coronado, California. The bottles listed on this site are bottles we hold — not inventory sitting in a third-party warehouse, and not a catalog we forward to someone else to fulfill.
That means when you call with a question about a bottle, you are talking to someone who can walk over and look at it. Every order is packed by hand and ships nationally via UPS, with an adult signature required at delivery.
How We Operate
What We Believe In
Allocated does not mean overpriced. When a rare release comes in, it goes up at fair retail the same day — no markup games, no forced bundles, no premium for the privilege of being told it is rare.
If it is listed on the site, we have it and we can get it to you. When something sells out we take it down rather than leaving it up at an inflated price to see who bites.
Questions about a bottle, a gift, or a special order? We are a phone call or a text away, and we answer. Most of our repeat customers started with a question before they ever placed an order.
