Return Policy
Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. Because alcohol is a consumable product, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds on the basis of personal taste preference.
When we make it right:
If your order arrives with a broken or damaged bottle, or if we ship the wrong item, we will replace or refund your order at no cost to you. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll take care of it immediately.
Accidental orders:
If you place an order by mistake, email us at support@estatesliquor.com immediately before your order ships. We'll do our best to cancel it. If the order has already been processed, a 10% restocking fee applies.
