Welcome to Estates Liquor. By visiting our website and/or purchasing products from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and merchants.


By accessing or using any part of the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access the website or use our services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of those changes.


 

 

 

 


SECTION 1 – ONLINE STORE TERMS



By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age, the legal drinking age in the United States.


You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including violations of alcohol laws in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts at our discretion.





SECTION 2 – GENERAL CONDITIONS



We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Content (excluding payment information) may be transmitted unencrypted over networks. Payment information is always encrypted during transmission.





SECTION 3 – PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY



Certain products may be available exclusively online and may have limited quantities. All products are subject to availability.


We reserve the right to:


  • Limit quantities purchased
  • Discontinue products at any time
  • Cancel orders due to inventory errors, pricing inaccuracies, or listing mistakes



Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may vary slightly from the actual product.





SECTION 4 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY



Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure shipping information is accurate.


Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, the order is considered fulfilled, and responsibility transfers to the recipient.


All alcohol shipments require an adult (21+) signature upon delivery.


We are not responsible for:


  • Carrier delays
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Packages returned due to refusal or unavailability






SECTION 5 – SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS



Estates Liquor ships only to states that permit alcohol delivery. Orders placed to prohibited states will be canceled and refunded.


By placing an order, you confirm compliance with all local and state laws regarding alcohol receipt.





SECTION 6 – BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION



You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and shipping information. Failure to do so may result in order cancellation.





SECTION 7 – CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & REFUNDS



Orders may only be canceled before packaging or shipment. Approved cancellations may incur a 10% cancellation fee.


All alcohol sales are considered final. Refunds or replacements are only available if:


  • The item arrives damaged
  • The item received is incorrect



Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos.


Shipping fees are non-refundable once a shipping label has been created.





SECTION 8 – INSURANCE & DAMAGE



Optional shipping insurance may be added at checkout. If insurance is not selected, Estates Liquor is not responsible for loss or damage caused by the carrier after shipment.





SECTION 9 – FRAUD & CHARGEBACKS



We reserve the right to cancel any order flagged as high risk or potentially fraudulent before shipment.


Chargebacks filed for orders that were delivered to the confirmed address may be disputed. Abuse of chargebacks or fraudulent claims may result in permanent account restrictions.





SECTION 10 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY



Estates Liquor is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website or delivery delays beyond our control.





SECTION 11 – INDEMNIFICATION



You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Estates Liquor from claims arising from your breach of these Terms.





SECTION 12 – GOVERNING LAW



These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.





SECTION 13 – CHANGES TO TERMS



We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
