The agave is slow-cooked in traditional stone ovens for a full 72 hours to draw out deep, natural sweetness before fermentation with proprietary yeast and double distillation, then aged for 8 months in hand-selected American oak barrels previously used for bourbon.
Bottled at 40% ABV, the nose brings woody, fruity vanilla and toffee caramel, developing into cooked agave, toasted oak, and dried fruit. The palate is silky and rich, delivering butterscotch, honey, maple, and cinnamon spice over a smooth agave base, finishing long and lingering with warm vanilla and gentle spice.
