Return & Refund Policy
All Sales
All alcohol sales are considered final due to the nature of the products we sell. However, we are committed to resolving issues fairly if something goes wrong.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect (wrong item sent)
You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@estatesliquor.com with photos of the issue so we can evaluate and make it right.
Approved cases may be eligible for a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient.
We are not responsible for:
- Delays caused by the carrier
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
- Missed delivery attempts
Failed Delivery / Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to:
- Failed delivery attempts
- Refusal of delivery
- Incorrect address
A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from any approved refund.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If an order originally shipped free due to a promotion, a $40 shipping and handling fee will be deducted from the refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been packaged or shipped.
Approved cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
Once an order has been packaged or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Shipping Fees
Once a shipping label has been created, shipping fees are non-refundable.
Shipping Insurance
Optional shipping insurance is available at checkout.
If insurance is not added and a package is lost or damaged by the carrier, we are not responsible for the loss.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 3–5 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
