Shipping policy
Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure all shipping information is accurate and complete.
Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, the order is considered fulfilled and responsibility transfers to the recipient.
We are not responsible for:
- Delays caused by the carrier
- Failed delivery attempts
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
Shipping fees are non-refundable once a shipping label has been created.
If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, a restocking fee may apply, and original shipping costs will not be refunded.
