About This Bottle
Aperol Aperitivo has been Italy's iconic pre-dinner liqueur since its launch at the 1919 Padua International Fair, originally marketed to sophisticated gentlemen with time for a daily aperitivo. Its unique bittersweet taste and bright orange color come from an infusion of bitter and sweet oranges, rhubarb, gentian, and cinchona, blended with a secret mix of herbs and roots that has never changed since the original recipe.

Best known as the essential ingredient in the classic Aperol Spritz (3 parts prosecco, 2 parts Aperol, 1 splash soda water, garnished with an orange slice), Aperol's low ABV and refreshing profile make it a staple for casual pre-dinner drinks, brunch, and warm-weather sipping.
