About This Bottle
Bruichladdich The Classic Laddie is the distillery's flagship unpeated Islay single malt, made entirely from 100% Scottish-grown barley, trickle distilled and matured its entire life in premium American oak on Islay. Unlike most Bruichladdich releases known for heavy peat, this bottling proves the distillery is equally capable of a floral, fruit-forward style, crafted from a distilling philosophy rather than a fixed recipe. Head Distiller Adam Hannett curates each batch from an ever-changing suite of casks, meaning no two batches are identical, though all showcase the same classic, elegant Bruichladdich house character.
Bottled at a hearty 50% ABV, well above the typical 40-46% range for Scotch, a strength chosen specifically to bring the barley itself to the forefront. The nose brings honeyed barley, orchard fruit, vanilla, and candied orange peel, layered with sea air and floral notes. The palate is punchy and full bodied, delivering honey, brown sugar, malted biscuit, and mineral undertones, finishing medium length with drying oak and a citrus close.

When will this ship?
Orders placed Monday through Thursday are processed and ship within 3–5 business days. Orders placed Friday through Sunday are processed the following Monday. We ship from Coronado, CA via UPS, and tracking is emailed as soon as your order leaves.
Which states do you ship to?
We ship to most US states, but not to Tennessee, US territories, or APO/FPO addresses. Enter your ZIP code at checkout and we will confirm delivery to your address before you pay. Not sure? Email support@estatesliquor.com before ordering.
Do I have to sign for delivery?
Yes. An adult 21 or older with valid government-issued ID must be present to sign. UPS will not leave alcohol unattended.
What happens if I miss the delivery?
UPS attempts delivery up to three times. If all three attempts fail, the package is returned to us and re-shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
How is the bottle packed?
Wrapped, braced, and boxed in molded inserts built for glass — the same packing whether it is a $35 bottle or a $2,000 one.
Can I return it?
All sales are final. Alcohol is a consumable product, so we cannot accept returns based on taste preference. If a bottle arrives broken or we ship the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will replace or refund it at no cost.
What if my order is lost or damaged in transit?
Contact us within 48 hours at support@estatesliquor.com with your order number and photos. Adding shipping protection at checkout covers loss, damage, and theft, and lets us resolve it immediately rather than waiting on a UPS claim.
Can I cancel an order?
Email support@estatesliquor.com immediately and we will try to stop it before it ships. If the order has already been processed, a 10% restocking fee applies.
