About This Bottle
Dom Perignon Vintage 2015 is the latest vintage release from one of the most respected prestige cuvees in Champagne. Dom Perignon makes only vintage champagne, capturing a single year in each bottle. Every release blends Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, with the proportions changing from year to year to find the right balance. The 2015 vintage was shaped by a hot, dry summer followed by August rains that brought the grapes to excellent ripeness. Cellar Master Vincent Chaperon has highlighted the vintage’s vibrant fruit, and critics have praised its energy, tension, and bright saline character.

Named after the Benedictine monk who helped pioneer Champagne winemaking, Dom Perignon released its first vintage, the 1921, in 1936. Each vintage is aged extensively on the lees before release, building depth and complexity. The 2015 is fresh and expressive enough to enjoy now and has the structure to keep developing for years.
Frequently Asked Questions
What grapes are in Dom Perignon 2015?
Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Dom Perignon adjusts the blend each vintage and doesn’t publish the exact proportions.
Is it ready to drink now?
Yes. Critics note it drinks well young, with fresh citrus and floral character, and it can also age.
How should I serve it?
Chilled in a white wine glass rather than a narrow flute to let the aromatics open. It pairs well with seafood, caviar, and refined dishes.
