About This Bottle
George Dickel 17 Year Old Reserve is one of the oldest and rarest Tennessee whiskies Cascade Hollow Distilling Co. has ever released. The original came out in 2016 as a limited 375ml bottle and quickly became a fan favorite. For its return, General Manager and Distiller Nicole Austin hand selected barrels to capture what made the original special, and this time it is released in a 750ml bottle at cask strength. The whisky follows Dickel’s signature mash bill and spends 17 years maturing in Cascade Hollow’s single story rickhouses, which gives it a deeper, more complex profile.

Frequently Asked Questions
How old is George Dickel 17 Year Old Reserve?
It is aged 17 years, making it one of the oldest whiskies Dickel has released.
Is it really cask strength at 92 proof?
Yes. Dickel’s single story rickhouses and long aging resulted in a naturally lower barrel entry and exit proof. It was bottled at 92 proof without dilution.
How is it different from the 2016 release?
The 2016 release was a 375ml bottle. This edition comes in a 750ml bottle from newly selected barrels, with a woodier, more robust profile.
