About This Bottle
George Dickel x Leopold Bros Collaboration Blend is a rare partnership between two American distilleries. It is a blend of straight rye whiskies made in two very different ways. Leopold Bros’ Three Chamber Rye, made in Denver on a revived pre-Prohibition three chamber still, is distilled from Abruzzi rye and barreled at a low 100 proof, which gives it an oily, weighty texture. That is blended with George Dickel’s column still rye from Cascade Hollow Distilling Co. in Tullahoma, Tennessee, which was first released through this collaboration. The blend recreates the historic practice of mixing three chamber and column still ryes, a style of heavy bodied rye that was poured in American bars and saloons before Prohibition.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is a three chamber still?
A pre-Prohibition still design that was once used to make American rye. Leopold Bros revived it to make a richer, oilier spirit than modern stills produce.
What does the blend taste like?
Floral and fruity, with rosewater, blackberry, lavender, and fig, then caramel and citrus, and a finish of Earl Grey, honey, and cocoa.
How should I drink it?
Neat, or in a classic cocktail like a Manhattan or Whiskey Sour.
