About This Bottle
Gran Patron Burdeos Anejo is one of the most coveted limited-edition tequilas in the world, produced by Patron Spirits at Hacienda Patron in Atotonilco El Alto, in the agave-rich Highlands of Jalisco. Crafted from 100% Blue Weber agave, this expression is twice distilled and aged a minimum of 12 months in a combination of used American oak and new French oak barrels. What sets Burdeos apart is a rare third distillation the aged spirit then undergoes, almost unheard of in tequila production, before being racked into hand-selected vintage Bordeaux wine barrels sourced from the finest French chateaux, a finishing process the brand calls "Burdeos," the Spanish word for Bordeaux.
