Bottled at barrel proof of 118.2 (59.1% ABV) using Heaven Hill's traditional bourbon mash bill of 78 percent corn, 10 percent rye, and 12 percent malted barley, this non chill filtered whiskey delivers a deep amber color with aromas of roasted almonds, dark cherry, cocoa, and antique oak.
