About This Bottle
High West Bourbon (formerly known as American Prairie Bourbon) is a small-batch blend of straight bourbons sourced and aged between 2 and 13 years, crafted by High West Distillery in Park City, Utah, Utah's first legal distillery since Prohibition. High West discloses the mash bill of one component, a 75% corn, 21% rye, 4% malted barley bourbon from MGP Ingredients in Indiana, with the remaining sourced whiskeys undisclosed for contractual reasons. Ten percent of post-tax profits support the American Prairie Reserve, a group working to build the largest wildlife reserve in the lower 48 states.
