About This Bottle
Highland Park 15 Year Old Viking Heart marks the return of the distillery's 15 year age statement, reintroduced in 2021 after the original 15 year was discontinued in 2016. Master Whisky Maker Gordon Motion selected primarily sherry-seasoned European oak casks for richer, spicier tones, paired with sherry-seasoned American oak for sweet vanilla balance, plus a small proportion of refill casks to soften the profile. The whisky is presented in a striking ceramic decanter crafted with Wade Ceramics of Stoke-on-Trent, a nod to how whisky would have been stored in earthenware vessels centuries ago at Highland Park's Kirkwall, Orkney home.
Bottled at 44% ABV, non-chill filtered and natural color, the nose brings crème brûlée, heather honey, buttered sponge cake, and orchard fruit, layered with cinnamon and gentle heather peat smoke. The palate is velvety and balanced, delivering honey, vanilla, pineapple, and sponge cake with mellow peat, finishing long and fruity with light smoke, vanilla, and nutmeg.

When will this ship?
Orders placed Monday through Thursday are processed and ship within 3–5 business days. Orders placed Friday through Sunday are processed the following Monday. We ship from Coronado, CA via UPS, and tracking is emailed as soon as your order leaves.
Which states do you ship to?

Do I have to sign for delivery?
Yes. An adult 21 or older with valid government-issued ID must be present to sign. UPS will not leave alcohol unattended.
What happens if I miss the delivery?
UPS attempts delivery up to three times. If all three attempts fail, the package is returned to us and re-shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
How is the bottle packed?
Wrapped, braced, and boxed in molded inserts built for glass — the same packing whether it is a $35 bottle or a $2,000 one.
Can I return it?
All sales are final. Alcohol is a consumable product, so we cannot accept returns based on taste preference. If a bottle arrives broken or we ship the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will replace or refund it at no cost.
What if my order is lost or damaged in transit?
Contact us within 48 hours at support@estatesliquor.com with your order number and photos. Adding shipping protection at checkout covers loss, damage, and theft, and lets us resolve it immediately rather than waiting on a UPS claim.
Can I cancel an order?
Email support@estatesliquor.com immediately and we will try to stop it before it ships. If the order has already been processed, a 10% restocking fee applies.
