Midleton Very Rare Dair Ghaelach Kylebeg Wood Tree No. 3 is the fourth chapter in Midleton's Dair Ghaelach series, taking its native Irish oak from Kylebeg Wood on the Ballykilcavan Estate near Stradbally, County Laois. The woodland, known in Irish as "An Coill Beag" (the little wood), has been managed by the Walsh-Kemmis family for thirteen generations since 1639, with the oak used in this release originally planted in 1820 to replace trees felled for shipbuilding during the Napoleonic Wars. Seven individual trees were carefully felled by David Walsh-Kemmis and Midleton's team to craft virgin Irish oak hogsheads, each traceable back to its specific tree, and finished with single pot still whiskey that had previously matured in American oak.

Do I have to sign for delivery?
Yes. An adult 21 or older with valid government-issued ID must be present to sign. UPS will not leave alcohol unattended.

UPS attempts delivery up to three times. If all three attempts fail, the package is returned to us and re-shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Can I return it?
All sales are final. Alcohol is a consumable product, so we cannot accept returns based on taste preference. If a bottle arrives broken or we ship the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will replace or refund it at no cost.
