About This Bottle

Mijenta Anejo Symphony Series No. 3 comes from Mijenta, founded in 2020 by former Bacardi CEO Mike Dolan alongside Juan Coronado and Elise Som, and the first tequila producer to achieve B Corp certification for verified social and environmental performance. This expression showcases the terroir of fully mature Highlands agave, aged 18 months in custom "symphony" barrels built from staves sourced across four different American oak forests: Minnesota, Missouri, Pennsylvania, and Virginia. According to the brand, location shapes flavor: Minnesota brings citrus notes, while Missouri contributes clove and cinnamon spice, creating a complex, ever-evolving aging environment.
