About This Bottle
Symphony No. 3 Aged Rum is an American rum built as a bridge between rum and whiskey. It is pot distilled from molasses made from Florida sugarcane. The rum ages 3 years in French oak, then moves to ex-American rye barrels for about a month, where it is turned periodically. The rye barrels add a slight dryness that balances the rum’s natural caramel and vanilla, giving it a profile the founders describe as a middle ground for rum and whiskey drinkers. The brand sums up its process as conceived in California, aged in Florida, and rested in Minnesota. It is made without additives or added color.
