About This Bottle
Westland Wine Cask Finish celebrates the Pacific Northwest's rich winemaking heritage, part of Westland Distillery's Cask Exploration Series out of Seattle, Washington. Built on the same five-malt mashbill as the Beer Cask Finish, Washington Select Pale Malt, Munich Malt, Extra Special Malt, Brown Malt, and Pale Chocolate Malt, fermented with Belgian brewer's yeast over an extended 96 to 144 hour cycle, this whiskey matured a minimum of 5 years in new American oak and first-fill ex-bourbon casks before finishing in Tempranillo, Washington Red Blend, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, and Petit Verdot wine casks.

Frequently Asked Questions
What does Westland Wine Cask Finish taste like?
Chocolate raspberry, Earl Grey tea, and dried strawberry, with allspice and dried rose on the nose.
What makes this whiskey unique?
It's finished in Washington State wine casks (Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Tempranillo, and more) rather than typical bourbon or sherry casks.
What's a good cocktail with this whiskey?
A Manhattan, where the wine tannins pair well with sweet vermouth, or a Blood and Sand to amplify its fruit-forward character.

Common Questions
When will this ship?
Orders placed Monday through Thursday are processed and ship within 3–5 business days. Orders placed Friday through Sunday are processed the following Monday. We ship from Coronado, CA via UPS, and tracking is emailed as soon as your order leaves.
Which states do you ship to?
We ship to most US states, but not to Tennessee, US territories, or APO/FPO addresses. Enter your ZIP code at checkout and we will confirm delivery to your address before you pay. Not sure? Email support@estatesliquor.com before ordering.
Do I have to sign for delivery?
Yes. An adult 21 or older with valid government-issued ID must be present to sign. UPS will not leave alcohol unattended.
What happens if I miss the delivery?
UPS attempts delivery up to three times. If all three attempts fail, the package is returned to us and re-shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Wrapped, braced, and boxed in molded inserts built for glass — the same packing whether it is a $35 bottle or a $2,000 one.
Can I return it?
