Built on the same five-malt mashbill as the Beer Cask Finish, Washington Select Pale Malt, Munich Malt, Extra Special Malt, Brown Malt, and Pale Chocolate Malt, fermented with Belgian brewer's yeast over an extended 96 to 144 hour cycle, this whiskey matured a minimum of 5 years in new American oak and first-fill ex-bourbon casks before finishing in Tempranillo, Washington Red Blend, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, and Petit Verdot wine casks.
