Crafted from a traditional mash of both malted and unmalted barley, triple-distilled in copper pot stills, this whiskey ages a full 12 years across a combination of American oak ex-bourbon barrels and Spanish oak Oloroso sherry butts.
Bottled at 40% ABV, the nose brings tropical fruit, orange peel, baked pie crust, and toasted malt, layered with vanilla, roasted walnut, and dried fruit sherry richness.
